Days 14–16

Camera & Charisma

Peak hormones. Peak presence. This is the talking-head window — long-form reels, personal stories, podcast appearances, sales calls. The three days where the loudest, most magnetic version of you shows up on her own.

Days 17–28

Strategy & Analytics

Hormones govern cognition, not just mood

Estrogen affects verbal memory, focus, and risk tolerance. Progesterone affects detail-orientation, pattern-recognition, and emotional regulation. These shifts are predictable across the 28-day cycle. Pretending they don't exist is what creates "inconsistency" — the discipline problem most women blame themselves for.

Female bodies were excluded from research for decades

Until 1993, the U.S. NIH did not require women to be included in clinical trials. Hormonal variability was treated as a "confounding variable" to be removed, not a signal to be studied. The productivity culture we inherited was built on data that systematically excluded us.

Endometriosis is still under-studied

Endometriosis affects roughly one in ten women of reproductive age and on average takes seven to ten years to diagnose. Research funding remains a fraction of comparably prevalent male-default conditions. The system that ignores cycles in productivity is the same system that ignores them in medicine.

We met as children in Russia. Two girls who watched reality shows about women building empires and decided — quietly, at first — that we would be next.

In 2022, Amaliia moved to Miami. Irina stayed in Russia. Four years apart. Eight time zones. Ten thousand kilometers. A friendship that was supposed to fade.

It didn't fade. It studied. While we were apart, we read everything we could about why we — and every woman we knew — kept failing at male productivity systems.

The answer wasn't discipline. The answer was design. Every system we'd been handed had been built on a 24-hour male hormonal cycle. We operated on something else entirely.

So we built our own. HER EGO is the result. A method designed by two young women who refused to keep blaming themselves for failing at systems that were never built for them.
